Who Parfect is for

You must be 18 or older. Pair only with someone you know and trust. Do not create an account for anyone else, and do not pressure someone to pair, stay paired, or share content.

What is not allowed

• Harassment, threats, stalking, or using the app to pressure your partner.
• Sharing intimate photos, video, or audio without clear mutual consent.
• Illegal content, including any sexual content involving anyone under 18.
• Impersonation, fake pairing, or trying to access another person’s account.
• Uploading malware, scraping, or attempting to break the service.

How to report

In the app, go to Settings → Report a concern. Choose a reason, add details if you can, and send the report. You can also unlink your partner from that screen. Reports are stored so we can review them. Your partner is not notified when you report.

What we do

We review reports as soon as we can. We may unlink a couple, suspend or delete an account, remove content, or contact you for more information. We may also notify authorities when the law requires it.

Unlink and deletion

You can unlink at any time from Settings. That ends the couple space and removes shared server data. You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your account and associated couple data from our systems.
